We offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY within a defined area of west-end Toronto: Keele St. to Dixie Rd., Lakeshore to Eglinton Avenue. Please note, there is a minium purchase of $30 (before HST) and we do not deliver to condominiums or apartments without a concierge to accept the parcel.

TRANSIT TIMES
We ship Expedited Parcel via Canada Post. Toronto-area orders are usually received in 2 business days; the rest of Ontario 2 - 4 days and out of province 4 - 6 business days. Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday ship the same day. Please let us know if you need your order sooner; we will gladly work with local couriers and other carriers to expedite your order.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Your shipping confirmation email contains a tracking number. Visit www.canadapost.com to track your parcel. Normal transit times are 2 business days in the Toronto area, and 4 business days to the west or east coast. Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived within this delivery standard.

COUPON CODES

Sign up for our email newsletter and you will receive a coupon code for 10% off your first order. One coupon code per transaction. Coupon codes have no cash value.  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not, let us know. We welcome returns and exchanges within 21 days as long as the following criteria are met:

• Merchandise was purchased at Honeybunch
• Merchandise is un-used and in its original (resellable) packaging
• Merchandise has not been assembled and repackaged

The following merchandise is exempt from our normal return policy: personalized items, special orders, opened music and books. Please ask first if you are unsure. Shipping fees are non-refundable; goods must be returned to Honeybunch via an insured and tracked carrier, such as Canada Post, FedEx, UPS or CanPar. Please contact us before making your return.

 WHAT IS A WISH LIST?
Similar to a registry, creating a Wish List lets you keep track of your favourite Honeybunch items. It's a nifty way to keep tabs on gifts for baby showers, birthdays and holidays. You can update your Wish List any time and email your list to friends. Or create a list of gift ideas for someone else and email it to your circle.
Create your Wish List by clicking on the "Add To Wish List" button on the product page. First time customers will have to register by providing a name and email address. That's all there is to it. You can then add, delete and email your Wish List to your heart's content.
